Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking a dedicated Executive NOC to ensure optimal network operations. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage shift activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee provisioning and routing tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring messaging traffic, addressing customer complaints, fulfilling service requests, and providing technical support, all while adhering to KPIs and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, alongside proficiency in SIP and SMPP SMS protocols, and Linux systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The position is based at our Corporate Office located in I-9/3, Islamabad.
