Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Intern. The Accounting Intern will be responsible for assisting with financial statements, using accounting software, analyzing financial data, preparing journal entries, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience with creating and interpreting financial statements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks or Xero
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s tax laws and regulations is a plus
