Job Description
Cyber System Private Limited is looking for a driven Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. As the primary liaison for our Spanish and English-speaking clientele, you will deliver outstanding service and address inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Preferred background includes 1-2 years in customer service or technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs150,00 per month
