Job Description
We are urgently seeking an Operations & Sales Manager for our client, Anekor, in the Real Estate sector. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop sales strategies, and lead teams to reach ambitious sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include preparing management reports, optimizing departmental workflows, managing budgets, and fostering strong client relationships. Compliance with company policies is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, with 5–7 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic problem-solving skills are mandatory.
