Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to join our factory team in Karachi Gulzar-e-Hijri. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a factory setting.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Gender: Male only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Manage employee benefits programs.
- Maintain human resources data and systems.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Location: In-person at Karachi Gulzar-e-Hijri.
