Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This pivotal role is essential for the smooth operation of the executive office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing important documents. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion are essential.
Moreover, the Executive Assistant will coordinate travel arrangements and provide support for special projects as required. A background in office administration and experience working with senior executives are highly preferred.
