Job Description
Mind Stream is actively looking for a dedicated and proactive Control Room Operator to join our Roads Management Centre (RMC) in Qatar. This position involves monitoring traffic patterns, managing incidents, and utilizing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to ensure road safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage ITS systems, including traffic signals, CCTV, and dynamic message signs. You will monitor traffic conditions, implement effective solutions, handle road incidents, and provide real-time support while liaising with teams and relevant authorities. Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality is essential, and you will be required to work 24/7 in rotational shifts.
Requirements: Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, along with experience in control room operations and ITS systems.
