Job Description
Terafort Limited is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Female HR Intern to become a part of our dynamic team. The HR intern will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Post job listings on online job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment records and support additional HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a paid internship for a duration of 3 months, with a stipend of Rs20,00.00 per month, based in Lahore.
