Job Description
SmartTalent is on the lookout for a committed Performance Marketing Associate to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your key duties will include audience targeting, collaborating with creative teams, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
