Job Description

The Services Tree Enterprises is looking for a dedicated Front Office & Admin Executive to join our co-working space in Johar Town, Lahore. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient front desk operations, providing support to visitors and clients, and assisting management with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a well-organized environment.
  • Administer office supplies and maintain administrative records.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
