Job Description
Sehar Foods seeks a full-time, in-person Sales Coordinator (Rs50,00–Rs70,00/month) to support and streamline sales operations. The role involves assigning territories and quotas, scheduling training, preparing sales materials, and maintaining CRM/pipeline data. You will analyze customer and sales metrics, track team quotas, enter orders, and manage client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings and product demonstrations, maintaining sales records and analytics, assisting with forecasting, and collaborating with marketing, design, and finance to optimize processes. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service, resolves sales-related issues efficiently, and ensures clear communication across departments to support revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
