Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks a diligent IT Support Officer to deliver prompt, professional technical assistance. The role requires efficient ticket management, clear communication with users, and reliable resolution of hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely responses, resolutions, and escalations
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems across desktops and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain software and Windows environments
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, minimum 1 year of IT support experience, and proficiency with Windows installations and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift required.
