Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support HR operations at our manufacturing facility. This role will manage recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and general HR administration to ensure a compliant and productive workforce.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and retention initiatives.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR processes.
• Manage employee relations, address inquiries, and coordinate training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 3–4 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred); strong communication and organizational skills.
