Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to manage product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes incoming and in-process inspections, analyzing test data, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions with production and engineering teams. You will maintain quality records, update procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent)
- 2+ years QC experience; familiarity with ISO standards and basic statistical tools
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, proactive and organized, able to work cross-functionally
