Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to drive product knowledge, support sales, and gather customer feedback to improve offerings. This role combines technical understanding with strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities: present product features, train clients and internal teams, support pre- and post-sales technical inquiries, and collaborate with product managers to prioritize improvements.
Qualifications: 2+ years in product support or sales engineering, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with our industry. Ability to travel and deliver demos as needed.
