Position overview: As a Customer Service Representative specializing in lead generation, you will design and implement outreach strategies to attract and convert new customers and support company growth.
- Prospect using LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns, and cold calls;
- Maintain accurate lead records and run end-to-end generation campaigns;
- Report key metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies;
- Coordinate with operations and country management to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years of IT lead generation experience; strong analytical, communication, and independent work skills. Full-time remote role; salary from Rs100,00/month, with occasional in-person obligations.
