Role Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative at Soft Standards. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for generating sales, lead generation, communication, and business development tasks. The position is based in Lahore, with the option for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Demonstrated skills in inside sales, lead generation, and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Proficient in outbound and inbound calling
- Proven experience of dealing with international clients
