Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Operator to supervise daily production operations, lead a team of operators, and maintain product quality and safety. The role includes coordinating shift activities, troubleshooting and supporting equipment, implementing process improvements, training and mentoring staff, maintaining accurate production records, and partnering with maintenance and management to achieve KPIs.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in manufacturing or operations, proven leadership, strong technical/mechanical aptitude, clear communication, and flexibility for rotating shifts.
- Preferred: Forklift certification or other relevant equipment credentials.
