Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator & Data Feeder to manage calls and maintain precise records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Urdu, basic data-entry experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and maintain call logs
  • Enter, update, and verify data with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide information and support to customers and internal teams
  • Perform administrative tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure

Full-time position; salary Rs45,00–Rs55,00/month. Preferred: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree. Required: fast, accurate typing and basic computer skills; own conveyance preferred.
