Job Description
Prime BPO & Telecommunications seeks a full-time, on-site Call Center Verification Specialist to support U.S. campaigns. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to verify customer information, recommending appropriate medical equipment, and maintaining compliant call logs.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year call center experience, clear fluent English, strong verification and communication skills.
- Must meet performance targets while working night shifts.
- Walk-ins welcome: Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM at First Floor, Plaza 169F, Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4.
- Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs150,00 per month.
