Job Description
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to accurately process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring timely delivery. You will coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and customer service teams to monitor orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain system records.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in warehouse/fulfillment, attention to detail, basic computer skills (WMS/ERP), ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Expectations: Meet KPIs, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
