Job Description
UTS Travels seeks a full-time Travel Consultant to manage corporate and B2B flight, hotel, visa, and holiday bookings for clients in Sharjah and Dubai (remote). Responsibilities include providing fast, accurate fare quotes; coordinating with airlines, suppliers, and GDS partners (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo a plus); and processing changes, refunds, reissues, and after-sales support.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of travel agency or GDS experience, excellent communication and customer-service skills, strong multitasking ability, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
