Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our expanding HR team. This position involves administrative duties such as recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Manage confidential personnel files and HR databases
- Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and new-hire orientation
- Prepare HR correspondence and routine reports; communicate professionally with staff
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion handling sensitive information, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Relevant HR experience or related education is preferred.
