Job Description
Faisal Movers Express Logistics seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead retail sales for the Lahore Zone and nationwide branches. The role requires training and mentoring Retail Sales Executives, delivering persuasive presentations, driving sales targets and KPIs, implementing retail cargo and courier strategies, and representing the company with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the cargo and courier industry (retail sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-focused interpersonal skills
- Full-time, on-site position
- Monthly compensation: Rs80,00–Rs100,00
