Job Description
Expert BOS is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer to monitor live video of US retail stores during Day and Afternoon shifts. The successful candidate will detect theft, fraud, and policy violations, prepare accurate incident reports, and ensure surveillance equipment is functioning. Back-office experience is advantageous. This is an in-person role requiring prior surveillance experience and the ability to support investigative follow-up.
- Minimum 1 year surveillance or retail loss-prevention experience
- Strong observation and reporting skills; fluent English
- Flexible for night shifts and weekends
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs55,00 per month
