Job Description
Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating shipping, handling returns/exchanges, providing product guidance, and liaising with production and operations.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving, multitasking, and a patient, positive attitude.
- Full-time, in-person position serving customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
