Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing invites qualified candidates to in-person walk-in interviews for Customer Relations Officer roles in Islamabad (Plot No. 348–352, Street No. 5, near Wilson, I-9/3) on September 9–10, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Positions involve inbound calls for local and international projects.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher; strong spoken English or Urdu; familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; BPO/customer relations experience preferred.
- Benefits: Competitive salary Rs37,00–Rs40,00/month, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
- Schedule: Six days/week, rotational 8-hour shifts. Bring an updated CV and CNIC for on-the-spot interviews.
