Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Development Representative to generate and qualify high-quality B2B opportunities, drive targeted outreach campaigns, and collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Prospect and execute multi-channel outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads, manage CRM data (Salesforce preferred), and monitor KPIs.
- Partner closely with account executives to advance opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior representatives.
Requirements: 3+ years in sales development, excellent verbal and written communication, CRM proficiency, a data-driven approach, and demonstrated leadership ability.
