Job Description
The Junior Upwork Bidder will identify relevant Upwork projects, craft tailored proposals, and coordinate with the business development and project teams to secure new clients. This role supports lead generation and client relationship building through clear, professional communication.
- Source and qualify Upwork leads; prioritize high-quality opportunities.
- Write persuasive, error-free proposals and submit them promptly.
- Respond to clients, gather requirements, and arrange meetings for senior staff.
- Coordinate estimates with designers/developers, maintain bid records/CRM, and report performance.
- Continuously learn Upwork best practices to improve bid success.
Requirements: strong English (written/verbal), familiarity with freelancing platforms, attention to detail, basic spreadsheet skills. 0–1 year experience; full-time, on-site.
