Job Description
COGNIZANCE SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd is seeking a professional Customer Support Representative (female) to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar. This onsite night-shift position (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) is located in Block 12, near Bin Hashim, and combines front desk responsibilities with patient support.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
We offer a competitive salary of PKR 55,00–65,00, medical insurance, gym reimbursement, and additional benefits.
