Job Description
We are seeking motivated Outbound Sales Specialists to join our sales team. You will make high-volume international outbound calls to generate and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings, and provide consistent follow-up to support the sales pipeline.
- Requirements: 2+ years in outbound sales or lead generation (international campaigns preferred), strong English communication skills, CRM familiarity; experience selling IT services or digital marketing is a plus; independent and target-driven.
- Benefits: competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses, clear career progression, training, and a supportive environment.
- Role: Full-time, on-site in Blue Area, Islamabad. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs125,00/month.
