Job Description
JazzCash is seeking an experienced Head of Internal Audit to lead a risk-based audit program covering financial, operational, IT, and compliance areas. Reporting to the Audit Committee, you will design and strengthen control frameworks, oversee audits, coordinate with external auditors, and promote continuous improvement in governance and controls.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing audit team.
- Develop risk-based audit plans and execute assessments.
- Apply data analytics and ERP tools to enhance audit effectiveness.
- Drive fraud detection initiatives and optimize control processes.
Requirements: 10+ years in audit within financial services or fintech; CA/CPA/CIA or equivalent; strong regulatory knowledge; proven leadership, communication, and fraud-control track record.
