Job Description
Global Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Upwork Bidder to source, bid, and win Website & Mobile Development, UI/UX, and Graphic Design projects. Full-time, night shift (Mon–Sat), on-site in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.
- Write tailored proposals; manage Upwork messages and client calls.
- Assess project requirements and coordinate with design, development, and PM teams.
- Track bids, conversions, and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements: 2–4 years as an Upwork bidder or business development executive with proven success; excellent English; strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-management skills. Competitive salary plus commissions and growth opportunities.
