Job Description
The Digital Elites is seeking an experienced Outbound B2B Business Development Representative to drive growth through targeted cold calling. In this full-time, in-person role, you will engage executives and business owners, qualify and nurture leads, maintain accurate call and follow-up records, and book high-quality appointments for the sales team. Candidates must have proven B2B outbound/cold-calling experience, strong verbal communication, persistence, and closing skills. You will confidently pitch services, hand off qualified opportunities, and meet performance goals.

- Compensation: Base salary plus high commissions; earning potential 200,00+ PKR/month; pay Rs100,00–150,00/month
