Job Description
Tech Bridge Consultancy seeks an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative for a US-based janitorial services campaign in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position (Mon–Fri), night shift 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Salary up to PKR 40,00 plus commission. Suitable for freshers.
- Responsibilities: phone, email and chat support; B2B and cold calling; lead generation; appointment scheduling; record keeping; follow-up.
- Requirements: strong spoken and written English; customer-first attitude; problem-solving; night-shift availability; teamwork, negotiation and organizational skills.
