Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead product planning, assortment and pricing strategies that maximize sales and margins. This role manages vendor partnerships, negotiates supplier terms, and ensures consistent in‑store and online presentation.
- Responsibilities: develop and execute merchandising strategies, analyze sales and trend data, forecast demand, optimize inventory and pricing, and coordinate with buying, marketing and operations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or related field; at least 5 years of merchandising experience; advanced Excel and analytical skills; strong negotiation, leadership and communication abilities; proven capacity to meet deadlines and manage cross‑functional projects.
