Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. Key duties include managing client communications and website inquiries, handling and organizing professional email correspondence, preparing and proofreading documents, and maintaining secure digital and physical filing systems. Basic accounting assistance—such as expense tracking, invoicing, and simple reconciliations using QuickBooks, Excel, or Google Sheets—is an advantage.
Requirements: excellent written and verbal English (Urdu a plus), proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, familiarity with Gmail/Outlook and project management tools, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to meet deadlines. Location: Islamabad preferred; work is in person. Compensation: Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month. Can you join immediately?
