Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited is hiring a full-time, in-person Factory Supervisor for our Bund Road, Lahore plant. Salary: Rs30,00–35,00/month. Responsibilities include overseeing raw material receipt and dispatch, production planning to meet demand, purchasing, ordering and forecasting, labor management (payroll and advances), machinery maintenance and development, scrap handling and sales, coordination among laboratory, accounts and stores, safety of raw and empty materials, approval of lab tests with purchasers, loading/unloading, filling of finished goods, and maintaining supply chain documentation.
