Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Franchise Officer to manage franchise relationships, support onboarding, ensure compliance, and drive operational and financial performance. You will coordinate training, conduct site visits, analyze sales and operational data, and implement improvement plans to uphold brand standards and profitability.
- Responsibilities: franchise relationship management, onboarding support, compliance monitoring, training coordination, site assessments, performance analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in franchise or field operations, strong communication and analytical skills, willingness to travel; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
