Job Description
We seek a seasoned professional to lead the Examination Cell for postgraduate programs. Requirements: Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university and a minimum of 12 years’ relevant university-level experience. The Coordinator will manage all examination activities (MSE, ESE, PhD qualifying exams), enforce examination SOPs, oversee thesis evaluation workflows and the Thesis Management System, maintain student dossiers and registrations, assign invigilation, handle academic documentation and disciplinary cases, and coordinate with the main office and departments. Required skills include strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent written and oral communication, integrity and confidentiality, ERP/examination software proficiency, and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
