Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor, Accounts Payable to lead the AP function, ensure timely vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records. This role will oversee AP staff, enforce internal controls, and enhance workflows using ERP systems.
- Manage and mentor AP team; review and approve invoices and account reconciliations.
- Oversee month-end close activities and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Strengthen controls, streamline processes, and optimize ERP and Excel reporting.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years in accounts payable with supervisory experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
