Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Human Resources Systems Analyst to support the Daraz team. The incumbent will design, implement, and maintain HR systems to optimize processes and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Perform needs analyses with HR stakeholders and integrate HR systems with internal platforms for seamless data flow.
- Train and support HR users, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with IT, and recommend enhancements and upgrades.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and SQL.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
