Job Description
We are seeking an Office Boy to support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, running errands, and performing basic administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and productive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and workstations; manage waste disposal.
- Serve beverages to staff and visitors; greet and direct guests.
- Provide administrative support: photocopying, scanning, filing, mail handling, and supply management.
- Run errands, assist with meeting-room setup, and coordinate minor maintenance.
- Requirements: high school diploma, good communication, attention to detail, time management, professionalism, and flexibility.
