Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will research and qualify prospects, conduct outreach via email and phone, and coordinate meetings with the sales team. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, persistence, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), and 1–2 years of sales or related experience.
- Qualify leads and perform targeted outreach
- Schedule meetings and hand off opportunities to sales
- Receive training, work toward clear targets, and advance into sales or account management
