Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Accountant to oversee financial operations for multiple store locations. The role includes daily reconciliations, inventory accounting, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Maintain bookkeeping and prepare periodic financial reports.
- Perform POS and bank reconciliations and support external and internal audits.
- Collaborate with store managers to monitor shrinkage, control expenses, and improve operational controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with process improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of retail accounting experience, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
