Job Description
HRSG seeks an experienced Plant General Manager to lead operations at our chemical plant in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee production, process engineering, utilities, maintenance, HSE and quality to ensure safe, compliant and continuous operations.
Key responsibilities include developing SOPs and preventive maintenance programs, driving process optimization and root-cause analysis, managing budgets and KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
- Qualifications: B.E. (Chemical preferred) or Mechanical
- Experience: 20+ years in industry, including 5+ years managing full plant operations
- Employment: Full-time, on-site (Karachi); Salary: Rs300,00–Rs500,00/month
