Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks an HR Associate for a full-time, on-site role at DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Minimum one year of HR/recruitment experience required.
- Responsibilities: end-to-end recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviews, reference checks, onboarding/offboarding, HR record management, workforce planning support, employer branding, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business (Master’s preferred), strong sourcing and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Compensation: up to Rs65,00/month, plus health insurance, fuel allowance, and exposure to global HR practices.
