Job Description
We are seeking an Associate, Business Development to accelerate company growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting deal execution. Responsibilities include market research, lead qualification, proposal preparation, coordination with sales and marketing teams, and maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, a proactive self-starter attitude, and proficiency with CRM systems.
