Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking a proactive Bakery Production Manager to lead FMCG bakery operations. The role oversees daily production in accordance with SOPs, ensures HACCP and food‑safety compliance, maintains product quality and plant hygiene, supports new product development, optimizes processes, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to meet production targets.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Food Science; 4–5 years’ experience (FMCG preferred); age 25–30; strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills; solid knowledge of production planning; dedication to operational excellence.
