Job Description

Dolmen Mall is seeking a professional, full-time, on-site Front Desk Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff. Key duties include managing the PABX telephone system, answering and routing incoming calls, greeting and escorting guests, scheduling meetings and reserving boardrooms, coordinating courier deliveries, and maintaining accurate front-office records. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service focus, consistently representing the mall’s front office with professionalism and discretion.
